By using Rosaluna you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Rosaluna is a tarot app for entertainment and self-reflection. Readings are produced by a rule-based tarot engine built on Gülay Alaoğlu's interpretation method and personalised to the user's question with advanced technologies including AI; readings in the app are not a live consultation. Spoken readings use a digital voice created from Gülay Alaoğlu's voice, with her permission. Live sessions with Gülay Alaoğlu herself are booked at gulayalaoglu.com.

2. Age

Rosaluna is only for users 18 and over.

3. Not advice

Content is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice and makes no promise of any outcome. See the Disclaimer.

4. Acceptable use

• Requests made in someone else's name, with fake or offensive names or questions may not be prepared.
• We do not give readings aimed at finding out another person's private information, monitoring them or harming them.
• Copying, bulk downloading or reusing the app, its voices or content is not allowed.

5. Paid content (when launched)

Paid readings are sold through Google Play Billing; refunds and cancellations follow Google Play rules and applicable consumer law. If a paid reading cannot be prepared for technical reasons, your credit is returned.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the Rosaluna name, logo, card artwork, texts and Gülay Alaoğlu's voice are reserved.
